Abstract Abstract The aim of the present study is to investigate the influential and affective factors of the identified dimensions of the policy model for creating added value in after-sales services in the Iranian automotive industry. The research method is applicable-developmental in terms of its purpose, and qualitative in terms of its implementation method. The statistical population of the study includes 10 managers and experts of sales and after-sales service agencies, whose sampling was done using a purposive sampling method with the criterion of at least 10 years of experience in sales and after-sales service agencies. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview, and the interviews continued until the theoretical saturation stage. The DEMATEL technique was used to examine the influential and affective factors of the model. The results showed that the organizational dimension is the most important; the technical services dimension is in second place, and the physical dimension is in third place of importance. Also, the technical services dimension is the most influential; the organizational dimension is in second place of influence, and the physical dimension is in third place of influence. Introduction After-sales service is one of the necessities of today's organizations for survival, growth and profitability, and in fact, it is a response to the biggest problems of organizations. With increasing complexity and uncertainty and the speed of technological changes, the survival of organizations depends on successful after-sales service (Susilo & Ikhsan, 2020). Over the past decade, global trade has changed at an unprecedented pace and free markets are expanding around the world. Considering the above, in many organizations and industries, especially highly competitive industries such as the automotive industry, the success of product sales is closely related to the provision of after-sales service, so that today, leading companies in the automotive field seek their expected profit in the supply of parts and the provision of after-sales service (Mollahoseini & Alimirzaei, 2009). After-sales service creates a limited but continuous and reliable stream of revenue over a long period of time. When businesses provide after-sales service, they gain a deep understanding of customers' designs, processes and technologies; knowledge that competitors cannot easily obtain. This creates an incredible but sustainable competitive advantage for companies. Considering these issues, it is not surprising that companies find it difficult to compete in the after-sales service market (Nasir et al, 2024). On the other hand, in today's world, the added value in product production has decreased and the added value has moved from the product production processes to research and development and marketing in which, in addition to developing new products, the provision of services related to products has become of great importance (Moradi et al, 2019). Therefore, the main question of this research is: What are the influential and affected factors of the identified dimensions of the policy model for creating added value in after-sales services in the Iranian automotive industry? Theoretical framework Customer loyalty Loyal customers are people whose desire to purchase a product or service is accompanied by creating a psychological bond and having favorable attitudes towards them or the providing organization (Khan & Fatma, 2019). Customer satisfaction Customer satisfaction refers to a summarized psychological state that results from the combination of emotional expectations before purchasing the product and the customer's subsequent feelings about the consumption experience, and is often considered an important determinant of the customer's purchase intention and loyalty to that product and service (Jin et al, 2019). Service quality The concept of service quality is the basis of market access quality and is considered one of the most important decisions made by marketers. These decisions include determining the quality of the services to be provided, and a high level of market quality goes beyond customer expectations (Singh et al, 2023). Value Added Value added tax is a type of consumption tax levied on the incremental cost of goods and services during the production or supply period (Ibadin & Oladipupo, 2015). Ezazi & Hoshyar (2024) investigated the effect of service quality on senior loyalty through memorable experience and satisfaction among senior customers of 5-star hotels in Mashhad. The findings show that the electronic customer relationship management variable had a positive and significant effect on product innovation development, and the product innovation development variable had a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Also, customer knowledge showed a positive and significant effect on marketing performance and product innovation development, and electronic customer relationship management and customer knowledge had a positive and significant effect on marketing performance through product innovation development. Sun et al, (2022) investigated the optimization of after-sales service with spare parts consumption and repairman travel. The results showed that the dual concerns of service quality and spare parts consumption lead to an inverse effect on spare parts prices: the service provider reduces spare parts consumption even if the sale of spare parts becomes more profitable. In addition, they showed that the travel time of the repairer has different effects on the optimal service time with respect to the maximum residence time constraint. In particular, by increasing the travel time of the repairer, the service provider increases the repair time to maintain the repair quality at a high level if the residence time is not guaranteed. However, if the maximum residence time is guaranteed, the service provider reduces the repair time to fulfill its promise. Research Methodology The research method is applicable-developmental in terms of its purpose, and qualitative in terms of its implementation method. Research Findings The DEMATEL technique was used to examine the influential and affective factors of the model. The results showed that the organizational dimension is the most important; the technical services dimension is in second place, and the physical dimension is in third place of importance. Also, the technical services dimension is the most influential; the organizational dimension is in second place of influence, and the physical dimension is in third place of influence. Conclusion The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the influential and affected factors of the identified dimensions of the policy model to create added value in after-sales services in the Iranian automotive industry. The results of this study are consistent with the results of Ezazi & Hoshyar (2024), Sun et al, (2022), Behrozi (2022), Vigneshwaran (2021), Habib & Sarwar (2021), Balinado et al, (2021), Ghayumi & Kashtegar (2020), Adusei & Tweneboah (2019), Saidin et al, (2018), and Borchardt (2018). Balinado et al, (2021) showed that among the five dimensions of Servqual, reliability and empathy are significantly related to customer satisfaction in automotive after-sales services. Interestingly, it was found that tangibles, responsiveness and assurance have no significant relationship with satisfaction. The service provider must provide high quality services to meet customer expectations and increase customer satisfaction, which subsequently creates customer trust in the company. With these items, customer retention and loyalty can be achieved by the company, which can also increase the company's profit and competitive advantage. According to the results of the study, the following suggestions are made: -Determining the mechanism and new software tools and applications with priority on the agenda of the Automotive Industry Policy Council (as the policymaker of the country's automotive industry) so that supplier companies are required to correct the incorrect method of existing after-sales services within a specific time period, with proper planning, and improve the index using the aforementioned feedback. -Management of automobile companies should review defects observed in the first quarter of vehicle ownership (IQS) and place defects related to parts, assembly or production on the agenda of the quality control unit so that those defects can be resolved and minimized within a specific time frame.

Abstract Abstract The aim of the current research is to design a joint branding model using the structural-interpretive modeling method. The research method of this study is exploratory in terms of nature, with a mixed approach. In order to collect data and identify factors; the method of content analysis and review of related texts was used, as well as interviews with ten selected experts using a non-random method and snowball technique to achieve theoretical saturation. To achieve the research findings, a matrix questionnaire was constructed. Findings were compiled to determine the relationships between indicators. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed using structural-interpretive modeling and depicted on three levels in an interactive network, as a result of which the factor of banking dynamics was placed at the highest level. Also, the amount of influence and the degree of dependence of these factors on each other were investigated in the matrix of influence-dependency. According to the results, the dynamic index of banking and target customers are located in the matrix of influence-dependency in the dependent area, i.e., the highest degree of dependency; and the least influence and service evaluation factors, human force dynamics, organization development, mental norm are located in the connected area, i.e., the highest power of influence and the highest interdependence. Introduction One of the latest brand development approaches is co-branding. Based on the studies, it is expected that joint marketing measures will increase significantly in the coming years. Surveys show that 38% of companies carry out joint marketing measures, including joint branding, at an increasing rate (Nygaard & Dahlstrom, 2023). Rao & Ruekert (2017) defined co-branding as the integration of two or more products in short-term or long-term periods. Of course, these researchers redefined their definition of joint branding in the following years. According to them, this method occurs when two or more existing and independent brands join together in a common product or are marketed together in a similar form (Abbaszadeh et al, 2018). Considering that the current research is about joint branding in the banking industry, the banking industry is one of the businesses that have grown rapidly in recent times, so that accessibility of the banks is easier than other trades, in any area of an urban environment, and this is also due to many researches that have been done in the field of availability of bank branches; but why should there be so many branches of this industry in a human society, while in modern banking, borders have disappeared? Now, due to the merger of five banks and military financial institutions (Ansar, Qavamin, Kotsar, Hekmat and Mehr Eghtesad Iran) in Sepeh Bank, one of the main concerns is creating a suitable image of the Sepeh brand and presenting a common model for the brand, because neglection to this may have negative consequences on other bank businesses, such as the decrease in deposits, operating profit and the bank's rating in this industry. Based on the mentioned cases, what is the basic problem of the current research of the joint branding model in the banking industry? Theoretical framework Despite the different definitions that have been presented in relation to branding, all experts agree that the brand is a very important intangible asset for organizations, and plays an effective role in gaining a competitive advantage (Ruschman, 2020). A brand enables an organization to differentiate its market offerings from competitors. Consequently, strong brands are very important for any type of product, service or organization, including those in the public sector (Drostkar et al, 2022). Co-branding is a kind of strategic alliance between parties. In recent years, creating strategic alliances with co-branding has become common in many industries, because the co-branding strategy has the ability to achieve significant synergy, which focuses on the unique strengths of each of the co-brands. Rao and Ruckert, at the beginning of their research, defined co-branding as the integration of two or more products in short-term or long-term periods (Labrović et al, 2021).  Research methodology The purpose of this research is to provide a local model of joint branding in the banking industry. Therefore, in terms of nature, the research is exploratory with a mixed approach. Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) has been used to determine the sequence and relationships between the identified elements. In order to collect data and identify factors, the method of content analysis and review of sources, books and interviews with participants, which include university experts and organization experts who have a series of characteristics such as doctorate degrees and scientific productions (books, articles, etc.) and the background of high performance in this field was used. Also, non-random sampling and snowball technique were used to select experts until theoretical saturation was achieved. MATLAB software was used for interpretive structural modeling (ISM). Research findings In this section, the relationships between research factors were analyzed in pairs and couples, and led to structural-interpretive modeling and the use of the relationship between experts' concepts, using the following symbols to determine the relationships between factors. The structural interaction matrix itself is composed of research dimensions and factors and their comparison through four modes of concept relations. The final accessibility matrix (FRM) is formed by applying the existing multiplicative relationships among the factors. In this way, the next stage of the implementation of the ISM methodology can be completed. In this matrix, secondary relationships between factors are controlled. In order to analyze the power of penetration and the degree of dependence (MICMAK), the factors are classified into four groups. In order to calculate the influence of factors, it is enough to add the number of 1's in each row of the final access matrix.  Conclusion In this research, joint branding factors have been identified. After identifying the factors through the achievement matrix, an attempt was made to examine the factors affecting co-branding. Based on the results of the research, the factor of banking dynamics is located at the first level, the factor of target customers at the second level, and the factors of service evaluation factors, human force dynamics, organization development, and mental norm at the third level. Co-branding to support a new product or service has emerged as a legitimate and legal way to develop a brand, especially to establish or maintain competitive advantages, which represents the long-term cooperation strategy of a product by two brands. Considering the increasing intensity of competition in the market, joint branding between companies has become a tool to achieve the interests of both sides of strategic partners. Co-branding can influence consumer perceptions such as trust, confidence, satisfaction and commitment. Therefore, it should be noted that the relationship between partners can be considered as a process, so that the common brand is trusted when that brand is similar to the consumer. This reduces the feeling of discomfort and inconsistency, thereby making the brand more reliable. The ability to trust the product will bring consumer satisfaction, and the consumer in the next step will commit to the brand. And in order to maintain this process, it is necessary to create a competitive advantage by adopting creative and innovative strategies, and competitors cannot imitate it.

Abstract Abstract The purpose of this research is the role of blockchain technology in creating trust among customers in the marketing ecosystem. The current research is applicable in terms of purpose, and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. The statistical population of the current research includes the community of digital marketing specialists and experts in the field of advanced information technology, which was considered 385 people due to the large sample size using the Morgan Krejci table. This number was selected based on the sampling method of the available sample, and in this way, 385 questionnaires were distributed among the statistical population, and finally 228 perfect questionnaires capable of statistical analysis were collected. The collection tool in this research includes a researcher-made questionnaire derived from qualitative results. The reliability of the research was checked and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha criterion in SPSS software. AMOS software was used to fit the conceptual model of the research. The results of this research showed that the trust resulting from the transparency of blockchain technology is able to have significant effects on various financial and non-financial consequences for businesses that use this technology in their marketing ecosystem. Introduction In today's consumer world where more and faster production and provision of more diverse products and services has become the main paradigm of the market, this trust is damaged due to the emergence of various issues and challenges such as defects in the products and services provided, unfavorable quality of interactions between the customer and the brand due to the high volume and number of customers, and also the reduction of the overall quality of the parts used in the products in order to reduce their overall price. Even issues such as environmental pollution caused by economic activities have become another reason for high distrust among customers due to the increase in customer knowledge and information about the role of brands and businesses in creating it. In the meantime, communication and information technologies as channels of interactions between customers and brands have been able to recreate trust to a large extent through solutions such as timely information, facilitating communication between customers and brands, and clarifying production trends and processes. One of the newest and most developing of these technologies is blockchain technology (Wang et al, 2019).Blockchain technology is capable of creating a safer and more interactive environment for the purpose of exchanging and using information created in different parts of the system for all members and actors present in customer loyalty programs (Bunger, 2017). From the point of view of experts in the field of information technology, blockchain is considered as a trust-generating machine, which means the important and key role of trust-creating as one of the applications of this technology, so that its use can greatly reduce the concern about the existence of trust in exchanges and interactions. In fact, the introduction of blockchain technology is equal to the elimination of intermediaries in online interactions, which means faster and cheaper exchanges, and users will be able to interact with each other without the need for a trusted third party. In other words, blockchain technology itself is able to guarantee the accuracy and correctness of data (Tapscott, 2017).Therefore, the researcher is trying to answer the question: what is the role of blockchain technology in creating trust among customers in the marketing ecosystem? Theoretical Framework Blockchain technology A blockchain can be defined as a shared digital ledger supported by a group of nodes. Therefore, blockchain is a type of information recording and reporting system. Its difference from other systems is that the information stored on this type of system is shared among all members of a network (Huimin et al, 2019). Blockchain and trust building Blockchain can create trust in digital data; once information is written into the blockchain database, it is almost impossible to change or delete it. This feature has not existed before. Blockchain applications are built around the idea that the network is an arbiter. This type of system is a cruel and blind environment. Computer code becomes law, and the law is executed as written and interpreted by the network. Computers do not have social and behavioral biases like humans (Albayati et al, 2020). Building trust in the marketing ecosystem Trust is a complex structure that is related to relationships between people in different groups and organizations. The difference between the concept of trust as a desire, expectation, belief, confidence, attitude, feeling or a behavioral intention with trust as a mental state, confusion and misunderstanding has caused many studies on the subject of trust (Fulmer & Dirks, 2018).Wasiq et al, (2023) conducted a study titled Acceptance and Application of Blockchain Technology in Marketing: A Retrospective Review and Bibliometric Analysis. The results of these surveys show that studies on blockchain applications in marketing will reach full maturity over time. However, research streams show that the blockchain-based marketing framework is still in its infancy. Jain et al, (2022) conducted a study entitled "How Blockchain is Used in Marketing". This study examined 75 articles from Scopus international database using bibliometric and network analysis. The present study first identified the influential aspects of literature in terms of highly cited articles, keywords, authors and printed journals. Five research streams in the field of blockchain are: 1) Blockchain and e-commerce; 2) blockchain and marketing; 3) blockchain and data; 4) blockchain and data analysis; 5) Privacy and security in blockchain. In this study, 18 research questions were raised for future research. Research methodology The current research is applicable in terms of purpose, and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. Research findings SPSS software was used for data analysis, and AMOS software was used for modeling structural equations. The results of this research showed that the trust resulting from the transparency of blockchain technology is able to have significant effects on various financial and non-financial consequences for businesses that use this technology in their marketing ecosystem. Conclusion The current research was conducted with the aim of the role of blockchain technology in creating trust among customers in the marketing ecosystem. The results of this research corresponds with the results of Tan & Saraniemi (2023), Wasiq et al, (2023), Jain et al, (2022), Peres et al, (2022), Da Silva and Moro (2021), Abu-Elezz et al, (2021), Rahimi et al, (2022), Nejati Rashtabadi et al, (2021), Ghazaleh & Zabadi (2021), Rahimi & Taheri (2020), Bahmani (2020), Albayati et al, (2020), and Rahman et al, (2019). Tan & Saraniemi (2023) showed that in blockchain-based marketing systems, the audience and customers purchase tendencies are higher due to the improvement of the level of transparency in the interactions perceived among them; which provides long-term growth fields of profitability for business. According to the results of the research, the following suggestions are presented: In order to increase customers' trust in blockchain technology, it is suggested to business managers to provide data management requirements in the blockchain platform and implement traditional data management solutions if necessary. In addition, blockchain technology stores data using complex mathematical and software rules, and thus hackers and attackers will not have an easy time manipulating data. Blockchain technology provides the possibility of increasing business income. For example, it is possible to provide cryptocurrency and bitcoin mining using special equipment. Also, businesses can help increase their income by providing services such as investing through blockchain.

Abstract Abstract The purpose of this research is to design and validate value-based strategic marketing model in Iranian airlines. In terms of purpose, the current research is applicable, and is a mixed research (qualitative-quantitative), and the philosophy of this research is positivistic-interpretative with an inductive approach. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part includes 10 marketing specialists of airline companies and university professors with trends related to the research topic, selected by the purposeful sampling method and the snowball method. The statistical population of the quantitative part also includes 520 commercial and marketing specialists of airline companies, among whom a sample size of 221 were selected using Cochran's formula, and by stratified random sampling. The data collection tool includes a semi-structured interview in the qualitative part; and a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative part. Data analysis was done by the data method of the Corbin and Strauss Foundation (2015) and using MAXQDA (2020) software in the qualitative part; SPSS and AMOS software were used and in the quantitative part. The research model was extracted based on identifying 1015 open codes, relating the codes to 215 concepts and 31 main categories (in 12 categories). The results of the research, in addition to presenting a comprehensive and new model for strategic marketing for Iranian airlines with a value-based approach, showed that in order to have a dynamic and successful marketing and achieve the goals of profitability, customer satisfaction and economic development of the society, Iranian airlines should adopt marketing and development strategies. Extended Abstract                                           Introduction Air travel creates many social and economic benefits for many different people, governments, national economies, large and small businesses, and travelers who simply want to visit family or enrich their lives by seeing new places and experiencing new cultures (IATA, 2022). The airline industry is one of the most competitive and capital intensive sectors in the world due to various factors such as low entry barriers and large number of airlines. This has led various airlines to propose or adopt strategies that help them gain a competitive advantage over their competitors (Garrett, 2019). Strategic marketing is the use of marketing disciplines to achieve organizational goals by developing and maintaining sustainable competitive advantage. It deals with high-level considerations, such as what markets to target, which services to offer, and how to price and promote them (Frederiksen, 2022). Researchers believe that the more organizations can gain a better understanding of customer needs as well as competitors' activities and factors affecting market conditions and information distribution at all levels of the organization, the more they will have the ability to survive in the competitive market. From a practical point of view, creating value for the customer becomes more important every day. Creating value for customers includes customer participatory behaviors and customer citizenship behaviors. Participatory behavior refers to the behavior and participation of customer information, accountability and personal interaction behaviors (Aroofarakh et al, 2023). Based on this, the current research is looking for an answer to this question: What is the design and validation of value-oriented strategic marketing model in Iranian airlines? Theoretical Framework Strategic marketing Current trends and forces in the 21st century encourage leading companies to define and apply comprehensive marketing concepts. Every decision and behavior in the framework of marketing activities is influenced by environmental factors. The most important feature of the environment is transformation and change. Strategic marketing is long-term marketing activities according to the marketing environment, which has long-term effects on the company and its future (Keller, 2017). Airlines It usually refers to an industry group that moves passengers or cargo through airlines. Airlines usually sell air tickets to their various destinations in a systematic way or allow them to create domestic and foreign tourism tours in the form of rental distribution between airline agencies (Halpern, 2022). Valorization The value creation process has moved from the traditional product and company-oriented perspective to the personal experiences of the consumer. Value creation and extraction is increasingly created through interactions between consumers and organizations, and value can be created through multiple elements such as price, quality, and location. Therefore, companies are responsible for determining the value delivered based on their strategies and shareholder values (Tuominen & Matthyssens, 2022).  Shadbakhsh (2023) investigated the impact of using sustainable marketing strategies on the performance of digital businesses with the mediation of information technology in the country's real estate industry. The results showed that marketing trends and sustainable marketing experiences have a positive effect on the performance of the studied companies. Also, marketing trends, sustainable marketing experiences and sustainable marketing strategies have a positive effect on the performance of selected companies. Wang (2021) has investigated the marketing strategies of Qatar Airways in a research titled "Understanding the strategy used by leading airlines". The results confirm that considering that the aviation industry is very competitive, it requires strong marketing strategies to create value and identify opportunities. The nature of services offered in the airline industry is attractive in terms of transportation, facilities, amenities and privileges. Companies must align themselves with specific segments or target customers based on capabilities and market dominance. Research methodology In terms of purpose, the current research is applicable, and is a mixed research (qualitative-quantitative); and the philosophy of this research is positivist-interpretative with an inductive approach. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part includes 10 people from the marketing specialists of airline companies and university professors with trends related to the subject of the research, selected by the purposeful sampling method and the snowball method. The statistical population of the quantitative part also includes 520 commercial and marketing specialists of airline companies, among whom a sample size of 221 were selected using Cochran's formula and stratified random sampling. The data collection tool includes a semi-structured interview in the qualitative part, and a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative part. Research findings Data analysis was done through the data method of the Corbin and Strauss Foundation (2015) and using MAXQDA (2020) software in the qualitative part, and SPSS and AMOS software in the quantitative part. The research model was extracted based on identifying 1015 open codes; relating the codes to 215 concepts and 31 main categories (in 12 categories). The results of the research, in addition to presenting a comprehensive and new model for strategic marketing for Iranian airlines with a value-based approach, showed that in order to have a dynamic and successful marketing and achieve the goals of profitability, customer satisfaction and economic development of the society; Iranian airlines should adopt marketing strategies of development. Conclusion The current research was conducted with the aim of designing and validating value-based strategic marketing model in Iranian airlines. The results of this research are in agreement with the results of Gill (2020), Zhang (2020), Dini et al, (2018), Cobena et al, (2019), Wang (2021), Shafiei & Mirabi (2019), Camilleri (2018), Mikalef et al, (2020), IvyPanda (2021), Dewsnap et al, (2020), Day & Schoemaker (2020), Afshani & Hatefirad (2017), and Appel et al, (2020). Wang (2021) showed that considering that the aviation industry is very competitive, it requires strong marketing strategies to create value and identify opportunities. The nature of services offered in the airline industry is attractive in terms of transportation, facilities, amenities and privileges. Companies must align themselves with specific segments or target customers based on capabilities and market dominance. According to the results of the research, the following suggestions are provided: 1- It is suggested that Iranian airlines offer travel packages in the form of group and business trips with discounts on ticket prices and additional services such as carrying more luggage, boarding and disembarking from a separate gate, etc. This package aims to attract experts from industrial, commercial, academic groups, etc., who travel a lot, and can be effective in sales development. 2- In order to reduce costs caused by economic sanctions and improve the quality of airline services, it is suggested to cooperate with knowledge-based companies in the field of supplying and manufacturing aircraft consumable parts.

Abstract Abstract The purpose of the current research is the mixed effect of marketing on blockchain technology with the mediating role of perceived usefulness in the customers of Bank Melli Iran in Tehran. The research method is applicable in terms of purpose, and descriptive-survey based on the method of data collection. The statistical population of this research is all the customers of the Bank Melli Iran in Tehran in 2023. For this purpose, according to Cochran's formula, 384 people were selected as the sample size, 420 questionnaires were distributed among the customers of the Bank Melli Iran in Tehran by a simple random method, and 393 questionnaires were collected. The data collection tool of this research is a questionnaire. The validity of the research tool has been confirmed by performing the confirmatory factor analysis technique. The reliability of the current research questionnaire was measured by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was 0.815. Also, to analyze the data, structural equation modeling method using Smart-PLS3 software has been used. The research results indicate that senior management support, supply chain integration, and innovation capability have a significant impact on blockchain technology. Also, supply chain risk has not affected blockchain technology. Finally, the role of the marketing mix on perceived usefulness is demonstrated. Also, the perceived usefulness is affective on blockchain technology. Extended Abstract                                           Introduction Blockchain is used for various technology concepts related to databases of value exchange, security and identity among others. Blockchain technology is very important for business today. This technology is constantly evolving. Leading companies in the field of information and communication technology use blockchain technology because of its high security (Akbari Ganjeh et al., 2022). In today's era, experts have called blockchain technology the second internet, which is capable of transforming a large number of current patterns. One of the sectors that can use blockchain is the banking industry. Blockchain is a developing technology and is actually a place in the web world that records the data and information of a group of people in files, but this information is not available in a single place, and people from different parts of the world trade and communicate to each other without any records. Also, the information stored in the blockchain is a digital collection of decentralized records that is not maintained by any person or organization (Ekramifard et al., 2020). The banking industry is the most important industry in the world. Today, banks in advanced countries act as professional consultants, experts in increasing the financial resources of companies, and collecting and exchanging the necessary information for their customers, and they are considered one of the economic drivers of every country. In modern banking, there are various components that affect the process of mobilizing monetary resources of banks and financial institutions. Determining and identifying the degree of influence and the type of connection of these components with the success of banks in mobilizing monetary resources is a very important issue. Today, the position and conditions of financial institutions and banks are different from each other, and it is possible that the factors affecting the provision of monetary resources are different even for each branch of a banking group, which has caused a close competitive atmosphere between them. Therefore, in this research, we tried to answer this question: what role does the marketing mix have on blockchain technology with the mediating role of perceived usefulness? Theoretical Framework Ahmadi et al., (2022) carried out a research titled marketing future research in the banking industry with a focus on blockchain technology. The findings showed that the drivers of marketing researchers' interest in digital financial technologies and blockchain and the development of decentralized banking had the highest priority and were selected for scenario planning. Hosseingholipour & Einabadi (2022) in a research addressed the effects of international sanctions on the international banking interactions of Iranian companies on the blockchain platform. The results showed that international sanctions in the international banking interactions of Iranian companies can be presented as an opportunity in the context of blockchain, and by using blockchain, international banking interactions can be implemented and managed in a more effective way. Da Silva & Moro (2021) in a research addressed blockchain technology as a factor of consumer trust: literature analysis using the method of texts. Their findings indicate the relationship between some blockchain features such as tracking and privacy with customer trust. For this reason, marketing, social and economic researchers are advised to focus on the use of blockchain to improve consumer trust. Ali, Ally & Dwivedi (2020) performed a systematic and analytical review of articles related to blockchain technology in the financial services industry. The proposed classification framework of this research has three components: financial advantages, challenges, and functions enabled by blockchain. Methodology The current research is an applicable research which has been implemented by descriptive-survey method of causal type. The statistical population of the research is the customers of Bank Melli Iran in Tehran in 2023; and to determine the number of samples, since the size of the population is unknown, Cochran's formula will be used to determine the sample size. Therefore, according to Cochran's formula for the unknown population size, the number of samples was 384 people, in which data have been quantitatively analyzed. It has also been analyzed using SPSS and Smart-PLS3 software. In order to collect and measure data, a 43-item questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale (1-completely disagree, 2-disagree, 3-I have no opinion, 4-agree and 5-completely agree) was used. Also, its validity has been confirmed by professors and experts, and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient.   Discussion and Results The results of the analysis of demographic variables, Cronbach's alpha coefficient value and composite reliability for each construct, the values of factor loadings between constructs and the average extracted variance of the research variables, the results of the coefficient of determination and the Stone-Geisser coefficient for the endogenous construct, the output of the software in the effectiveness coefficients, the software output in significant coefficients and the impact coefficients, the value of the test statistic and the results of the research hypotheses and anti-value values and effect intensity of mediating variables were given. Conclusion The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of marketing mix on blockchain technology with the mediating role of perceived usefulness, on the basis of which 7 hypotheses were investigated, and the effect of all factors on blockchain technology was confirmed except for the fourth hypothesis: the impact of supply chain risk on blockchain technology. Based on the first research hypothesis: marketing mix has a significant effect on perceived usefulness. This hypothesis has been confirmed based on statistical analysis. In other words, it can be predicted that if the marketing mix of Bank Melli Iran customers in Tehran is improved, their perceived usefulness will also increase. Therefore, since the marketing mix has an effect on perceived usefulness, they should pay special attention to indicators such as product marketing, price marketing, channel marketing, advertising activities, and individual image. In line with the result obtained in this hypothesis, Lin, Wang & Hwang (2010) showed that marketing mix affects perceived usefulness. Based on the second hypothesis of the research: the support of senior management has a significant impact on blockchain technology. This hypothesis has been confirmed based on statistical analysis. In other words, it can be predicted that if the support of the senior management of Bank Melli Iran customers in Tehran is improved, the use of blockchain technology will also increase. Therefore, since senior management's support has an impact on blockchain technology, they should pay special attention to indicators such as attention and active response, confirmation of access to resources, willingness to accept risks, and motivating employees. In line with the result obtained in this hypothesis, Wong et al., (2020) showed that top management support affects blockchain technology. Based on the third hypothesis of the research: supply chain integration has a significant impact on blockchain technology. This hypothesis has been confirmed based on statistical analysis. In other words, it can be predicted that if the integration of the supply chain of Bank Melli Iran customers in Tehran is improved, the use of blockchain technology will also increase. Therefore, since the integration of the supply chain affects blockchain technology, they should pay special attention to indicators such as understanding the needs of employees, information sharing, cooperation and coordination and strategic alliance, public and private partnerships, and sharing knowledge and innovation. In line with the result obtained in this hypothesis, Chiarini, Belvedere & Grando (2020) showed that supply chain integration affects blockchain technology. Based on the fourth research hypothesis: supply chain risk has a significant impact on blockchain technology. This hypothesis, based on statistical analysis, has not been confirmed. In other words, it can be predicted that if the supply chain risk of Bank Melli Iran customers in Tehran increases, the use of blockchain technology will not change. Therefore, since supply chain risk does not affect blockchain technology, it is necessary to pay attention to indicators such as delays in delivery and selection of products, storage capacity and inappropriate delivery, demand fluctuations, poor forecasting, labor shortages, closures, and price fluctuations. Contrary to the result obtained in this hypothesis, Wang et al., (2020) concluded in their research that supply chain risk has a positive and significant relationship with blockchain technology. Based on the fifth hypothesis of the research: innovation capability has a significant impact on blockchain technology. This hypothesis has been confirmed based on statistical analysis. In other words, it can be predicted that if the innovation ability of Bank Melli Iran customers in Tehran is improved, the use of blockchain technology will also increase. Therefore, since the ability to innovate affects blockchain technology, it is necessary to pay special attention to indicators such as using innovative techniques, regular improvement in operations, adopting innovative and technical solutions, using standard and simple operations, and protecting against risks. In line with the result obtained in this hypothesis, Wang et al., (2020) showed that innovation ability affects blockchain technology. Based on the sixth hypothesis of the research: perceived usefulness has a significant impact on blockchain technology. This hypothesis has been confirmed based on statistical analysis. In other words, it can be predicted that if the perceived usefulness of Bank Melli Iran customers in Tehran is improved, the use of blockchain technology will also increase. Therefore, since perceived usefulness affects blockchain technology, they should pay special attention to indicators such as obtaining information, saving money, being helpful, and being useful. In line with the result obtained in this hypothesis, Lin, Wang & Hwang (2010) showed that perceived usefulness affects blockchain technology. Based on the seventh hypothesis of the research: there is a significant relationship between the marketing mix of blockchain technology and the mediating role of perceived usefulness. This hypothesis has been confirmed based on statistical analysis. In other words, it can be predicted that if the marketing mix of Bank Melli Iran customers in Tehran is improved, the use of blockchain technology with the role of mediating perceived usefulness will also increase. Therefore, since the marketing mix has an effect on blockchain technology with the mediating role of perceived usefulness, they should pay special attention to indicators such as product marketing, price marketing, channel marketing, advertising measures, and the image of a person. In line with the result obtained in this hypothesis, Lin, Wang & Hwang (2010) showed that marketing mix affects blockchain technology with the mediating role of perceived usefulness.

Abstract The aim of the research is to the effect of electronic satisfaction and trust on the intention to repurchase online by mediating the ease of use and moderating the online experience of customers in the digital store. In terms of purpose, the research method is practical; and based on the method of data collection, it is descriptive of causal type. The statistical population of the research is the customers of the digital goods store, which according to Cochran's formula for the unknown population size, the sample number was 384 people. The data was collected through a standard questionnaire and then analyzed by structural equation modeling method and using smart pls 3 software. The findings show that electronic trust and satisfaction variables had a significant effect on ease of use, and electronic trust and satisfaction and ease of use had a significant effect on online repurchase intention. Also, electronic trust and satisfaction have a significant effect on the intention to repurchase online with the mediating role of ease of use, which was confirmed by the Sobel test with a z-value of 2.374 for electronic satisfaction and 2.805 for electronic trust. Online customer experience moderates the relationship between customer satisfaction and online repurchase intention, and online experience moderates the relationship between online trust and online repurchase intention. Extended Abstract Introduction Today, online shopping has grown tremendously, and technological advancements have made shopping experiences significantly more efficient, transparent, and easy; and customers have become more aware of the value of online shopping with the growth and availability of e-commerce platforms worldwide, more price transparency, and faster delivery time (Delgosha & Hajiheydari, 2020). Increasing competition in the market has forced businesses to create stronger relationships with their customers, which has a positive effect on their repurchase decisions (Antwi, 2021). Repurchase intention is a situation in which consumers decide to buy products or services from the same company for the second time (Naghdi, 2021). To maintain a market presence, customer needs must be accurately understood; which helps the market to improve customer trust by improving service quality, and increase customer satisfaction and encourage the desire to buy (Putri et al, 2023). A study is needed to understand how e-commerce creates trust and satisfaction in its consumers. The main issue of the current research is whether electronic satisfaction and trust affect online repurchase intention through the mediation of ease of use and moderation of the online experience of customers. Theoretical Framework Nabila et al., (2023) showed in a study that ease of use and trust have a positive and significant effect on the intention to repurchase online. Also, customer trust has a positive and significant effect on electronic satisfaction. Abdulmaleki & et al, (2023), shows that satisfaction and enjoyable electronic experience play a mediating role in the relationship between electronic service quality and purchase intention. Wijaya & Nurcaya (2017) argue that satisfaction is a consumer feeling in which customers feel the best that a company offers. The effect of satisfaction certainly leads to repurchase intention for certain companies or products. Methodology Due to the use of a new approach, the current research is considered applicable, which was carried out using a causal survey-descriptive method. The statistical population of the Digikala store customer research, which was obtained to determine the number of samples according to Cochran's formula for the size of the unknown population, was 384 numbers of people. It has been analyzed by SPSS and SMART PLS3 software. To collect and measure data, a 20-item questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale was used as follows: The questionnaire of Ginting et al., (2023) with 5 items in the repurchase part, the questionnaire of Barbu et al., (2021) with 3 items for ease of use of, the questionnaire of Nabila et al., (2023) with 4 items for electronic trust, the questionnaire of Barbu et al., (2021) with 5 items for customer experience, and the questionnaire of Ginting et al., (2023) with 3 items in the electronic satisfaction section were used. Also, its validity has been confirmed by professors and experts, and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Discussion and Results First hypothesis: there is a significant relationship between electronic trust and ease of use. It was observed that the T-statistic between the two variables is equal to 7.608, since this value is higher than the borderline value of 1.96, it can be concluded that with at least 95% confidence, electronic trust has a significant effect on ease of use. Second hypothesis: there is a significant relationship between electric trust and online repurchase intention. It was observed that the t-statistic between two variables is equal to 2.043, and since this value is higher than the borderline value of 1.96, it can be concluded that with at least 95% confidence, electronic trust has a significant effect on the intention to buy online. Third hypothesis: There is a significant relationship between electronic satisfaction and ease of use. The t-statistic values between the two variables are equal to 3.566, and since this value is higher than the borderline value of 1.96, it can be concluded that with at least 95% confidence, electronic satisfaction has a significant effect on the ease of use. Fourth hypothesis: There is a significant relationship between electronic satisfaction and online repurchase intention. Also, the t-statistic between the two variables was observed as 5.994 and since this value is higher than the borderline value of 1.96, it can be concluded that with at least 95% confidence, the hypothesis of electronic satisfaction has a significant effect on online purchase intention. Fifth hypothesis: There is a significant relationship between ease of use and repurchase intention. The t-statistic between the two variables is equal to 3.001. And since this value is greater than the borderline value of 1.96, it can be concluded that with at least 95% confidence, ease of use positively and significantly affects the intention to buy online. Sixth hypothesis: there is a significant relationship between electronic trust in online purchase intention and the mediating role of ease of use. The T-statistic between the two variables was found to be 2.842, and since this value is higher than the borderline value of 1.96, it can be concluded that with at least 95% confidence, electronic trust has a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy online with the mediating role of ease of use. Seventh hypothesis: There is a significant relationship between electronic satisfaction on online purchase intention and the mediating role of ease of use. Also, the t-statistic between the two variables was observed as 2.152, and since this value is higher than the borderline value of 1.96, it can be concluded that with at least 95% confidence, electronic satisfaction has an effect on on-line purchase intention with the mediating role of ease of use, and ease of use can be a mediator for on-line purchase intention, which indicates the customers' satisfaction. Hypothesis 8: Online customer experience moderates the relationship between e-trust and on-line repurchase intention. The t-statistic between the two variables is equal to 2.002, and since this value is higher than the borderline value of 1.96, it can be concluded that with at least 95% confidence, online customer experience moderates the relationship between customer trust and online repurchase intention. Hypothesis 9: Online customer experience moderates the relationship between e-satisfaction and online repurchase intention. The value of the t-statistic between the two variables is equal to 2.666, and is higher than the borderline value of 1.96, as a result, with at least 95% confidence, online customer experience moderates the relationship between customer satisfaction and online repurchase intention. Conclusion The results of the first hypothesis are consistent with the researches of Wilson et al, (2021) and Anifa (2022). Therefore, increasing the trust of customers makes it possible for them to pay less attention to the problems related to the purchase with a mental set and practical plan suitable for a successful trading experience, which increases the ease of use.
The results of the second hypothesis are in line with the researches of Puti et al, (2023) and Ikhsan & Lestari (2021). If the managers of the marketing department can promote trust in electronic environments among their customers during the purchase process and try to create transparency about the process of carrying out activities in the store, they can believe that the purchase process be repeated The results of the third hypothesis show that the higher the level of consumer satisfaction, the easier the use of the products. Consumers provide a good evaluation of service and product performance for the satisfaction they feel from purchasing a product or service. The results of the fourth phase are consistent with the researches of Ginting et al, (2023) and Anifa (2022). Marketing stimuli that look different in augmented reality can give a distinct impression to consumers, creating a sense of satisfaction in the shopping experience and encouraging repeat purchases. The results of the fifth hypothesis are consistent with the researches of Nabila et al, (2023) and Anifa (2022). Ease of use can make customers repurchase existing products because of ease of use. The results of the sixth hypothesis are in line with the researches of Wilson (2019) and Subagio et al, (2018). It shows that the user's perceived ease of trial feature of the virtual product can mediate the repurchase intention relationship that is used with trust. The results of the seventh hypothesis are in line with the research of Nabila et al, (2023) and Diyanti, Syarifa Yulindar (2021). The results of the eighth hypothesis are in line with Miao et al., (2022). Internet stores should take a creative approach to meet the needs of customers and increase customer trust by creating appropriate platforms. The results in the ninth hypothesis were in line with the research Miao et al, (2022). The more positive experiences received from the product from a store, the more satisfied the customer will be with the store, and as a result, he will consider the positive experience as a suitable frame in his mind, and the more likely he is to repeat the purchase of the products.

Extended Abstract
Introduction
Today, tourism is considered one of the most important and effective economic issues and one of the important and prominent communicative, social and cultural factors in the world (Mohammadi & Mirtaghiyan Rudsari, 2019). In the past years, the importance of tourism at the international level, both in terms of the number of tourists and in terms of foreign exchange earnings, has continuously and unprecedentedly been increasing. Service quality has been emphasized as one of the pillars of the competitiveness of service companies in the tourism industry. Therefore, using a method that can be used to measure service quality has always been important (Huong et al, 2017).
As one of the leading industries in the world and one of the fastest economic sectors, tourism industry has a strong driving force in social, cultural and economic fields, and the ability to shape and transform many organizations. Among the factors that can improve the development of this industry, there is the use of tools and effective parameters of marketing. Therefore, the need for research on tourism marketing is raised more and more (Shir Shamsi et al, 2020).Therefore, the researcher asked the main question: what are the dimensions and components of marketing for customers in Iran's tourism industry?
Theoretical Foundations
Tourism refers to the set of trips that are made between the origin and the destination with the motives of rest, entertainment, recreation, sports, sightseeing, business, culture or spending leisure time, and in which the tourist does not have employment or permanent residence at the destination. In general, trips that are made with the above motivations and involve at least one night stay at the destination are called tourism trips (Argha, 2016). The issue of motivations in tourism and the choice of travel today is one of the issues that occupy the minds of researchers in the field of tourism, forcing them to try to learn more and more about these motivations and dreams that make travelers spend their time and money in this way (Hoseinzadeh & Heydari, 2018).
Han & Nhung (2022) conducted a study titled "Vietnam tourism satisfaction: comparison with other countries in Southeast Asia". The statistical population was electronic tourists in Vietnam. The results of the research showed that the level of satisfaction with e-tourism in Vietnam was at a higher level than the neighboring countries, and this was due to the improvement of the quality of services provided in this industry.
Moon & An (2022) conducted a research titled "Usage and satisfaction motives and their effect on the attitude and satisfaction of e-tourists: a multi-level approach". The results of the research showed that the optimal use of the electronic tourism system had a positive effect on their satisfaction and attitude.
Research methodology
This research is applicable in terms of purpose, qualitative in terms of data collection, and thematic analysis in terms of research implementation method. The statistical population of the research is 10 specialists, including experts, researchers, academic experts and familiar with marketing in the tourism industry. Also, they were selected and interviewed in order to fit the validity of the selection model, and using the field method and dimensions' semi-structured interview tools, primary components and indicators will be compiled. After analyzing the interviews, a total of 3 dimensions, 8 components and 41 indicators were identified in line with the research objectives.
Research findings
Data analysis was done using MAXQDA 2018 software. Based on the obtained results and according to the qualitative analysis, a total of 3 dimensions, 8 components and 41 indicators have been identified and confirmed. The dimension of service quality, the dimension of marketing policy, and the dimension of tourism experiences have been identified. The results showed that, according to the interview regarding the indicators that influence the dimensions and components of the marketing of the customers of the tourism industry of Iran, the extracted components related to the dimensions and components of the marketing of customers of the Iranian tourism industry are effective.
Conclusion
The current research was carried out with the aim of identifying the dimensions and components of marketing for the customers of Iran's tourism industry. The results of this research are consistent with the results of Han & Nhung (2022), Moon & An (2022), Cavalcante et al, (2021), Balal (2021), Manavi (2022), and Abkhiz (2021). Sharmin et al, (2021) showed in the research that interaction, trendy trend and electronic word-of-mouth advertising indirectly influence satisfaction through mobile usefulness and ease of use of mobile phone. Also, mobile usefulness and ease of use directly affect satisfaction, and this significantly affects the intention to use these factors for sustainable tourism marketing.
According to the obtained results and the identification of the importance of service quality aspects that include satisfaction with tourism services, infrastructure facilities and tourism costs that have the greatest impact, it is suggested that tourist accommodations and organizations consider such things as the physical environment, tourism destination, tourism costs, tourism accommodation facilities, creation of recreational and sports facilities,              e-tourism, security, health and hygiene, etc. to create a better and superior feeling among permanent tourism customers, and try in the field of these facilities to improve the quality of their services to customers. According to the results obtained from the marketing policy dimension, which includes attracting domestic investors in the tourism sector, removing of the obstacles to foreign investment in tourism, large investments in tourism, regulation of the tourism industry, regulation of strategies based on the distribution of attractions, provision of trained manpower, determining the standards of the tourism industry, monitoring the good performance of work, etc., to improve these experiences for tourists as much as possible and help to improve tourism.
