Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the enthusiasm of managers with smart technologies. This research is applied in terms of its purpose and qualitative in terms of data collection and in terms of the research implementation method with a meta-synthesis perspective. This medical research is the seven-step method of Sandelowski and Barroso (2007) in meta-synthesis. This research was conducted using the meta-synthesis method to analyze the enthusiasm of agents with smart technologies, which ultimately identified 25 articles. By analyzing and coding related texts, to identify the main applications, first 67 open codes were identified and these codes were placed in 25 main categories and then these 25 codes were identified in the form of 12 texts according to the type of pattern analysis. It was presented. It showed that creative designers not only help to promote the individual managers, but can also transform the cultural and technological transformation in organizations and improve their competitiveness in the market.
