Abstract
The aim of the present study is to validate the factors affecting the development of digital banking services, with a focus on information technology in Iran Zamin Bank. In terms of purpose, this research is applied, and in terms of implementation, it is quantitative. The statistical population consisted of 307 customers of Iran Zamin Bank in Tehran, who were selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire, and its reliability and validity were confirmed through Cronbach’s alpha, composite reliability, and content validity methods. For data analysis, structural equation modeling with the partial least squares approach was employed, and PLS software was used for testing and final model fitting. The findings showed that information technology and infrastructure, digital strategy, security and risk, user experience, product development and innovation, organizational structure and culture, environment and competition, change management, and data management and decision intelligence have a significant relationship with the development of digital banking services. Ultimately, this study demonstrates that the success of banks depends on the factors influencing digital development, in a way that intelligently integrates advanced technological capabilities with strategic requirements, security, customer orientation, and organizational agility.
